Dr. Abhijeet Goyal, MD is a board-certified Nephrologist and Kidney Specialist with over 15 years of dedicated experience serving the San Antonio community and the entire South Central Texas region. He is known for his excellent bedside manner, compassionate patient-centered approach, and his commitment to building lasting relationships with those he cares for.

Inspired by a personal experience as a patient early in life, Dr. Goyal practices medicine with a strong focus on empathy, trust, and individualized care. He founded his own independent practice in San Antonio to serve as a true health fiduciary. Dr. Goyal specializes in the management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), difficult-to-treat Hypertension, acute kidney injury, and advanced conditions like kidney failure and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). He offers comprehensive care, from early diagnosis through advanced treatment, including Dialysis (Hemodialysis and Peritoneal) and Transplant Nephrology.
